A ~ Items can be returned to be exchanged or refunded, Providing that the item which you are returning has not been Personalised, Used or Damaged. providing that the item meets these requirements then we can provide a full refund or exchange it for another product, to arrange this please contact one of our team on S[email protected]

Q ~ How do you accept payment?

A ~ Our current online shopping system accepts and processes payments through Pay Pal. This allows you to use a Pay Pal account or a Credit/Debit Card to pay for your items. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You can also use Pay Pal gift cards.

Q ~ I don't have Pay Pal account, Doe's that matter?

A ~ No, Pay Pal accepts payment by Credit/Debit Card to purchase items from our online shop.

Q ~ How will my products be delivered?

A ~ Your products will be dispatched to you via Royal Mail and will arrive with your main post.

However, if your product has been personalised then it will be delivered direct to your address via a courier.

Q ~ How long will take to receive my item?

A ~ We aim to have your products delivered to your address within 5 working days of your purchase. However, products which have been personalised may take longer to arrive and we ask that you allow 15 working days for these items to arrive. For more information email [email protected]
