Frequently Asked Question's ~ Tickets

We have complied a list of questions which we are frequently asked and the responses for these situations.

Q ~ Are you using e-tickets and electronic booking systems?

A ~ Some of our events are now being trailed on an electronic booking system which allows you to purchase tickets for an event and select your seating, ticket type, quantity and any special requests online from the comfort of your home. The system also mean that you can purchase your tickets directly through the system using a Credit/Debit Card to complete your order.

The system then allocates your tickets and these are sent to you either via the post or to your phone as an e-ticket.

Q ~ How long will it take for my tickets to arrive?

A ~ We aim to issue and dispatch your tickets to you within 5 working days, However, tickets being sold on behalf of other organisers may take longer to be issued and dispatched to you and as a result may take up to 10 working days.

If your tickets have not arrived after 10 working days then please contact our team on [email protected]

Q ~ What is your Ticket Return & Refund Policy?

A ~ We are able to issue replacement tickets or refund your tickets for Church events, this may take up to a week.

We cannot however reissue or refund tickets for any other event. If your ticket is for an event held by another organiser then please contact our team on [email protected].org

Q ~ What if an Event is Cancelled or Postponed?

A ~ Whilst ourselves and organisers always try to avoid cancelling or postponing an event, there are times when it is necessary to do so. In this event the organiser of the event will contact you to discuss what they are offering.

We ask that you are patient and allow time for organisers to look into alternative arrangements and they will be in touch with you as quickly as they can to assist you and discuss the arrangements, email [email protected]

Q ~ What if my tickets are Lost, Damaged or Stolen?

A ~ Issued tickets are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder, any ticket which is lost damaged or stolen must be reported to us so that we can cancel the ticket and make sure that the organisers are aware of the situation. Swift action to alert us may result in the reissuing of the ticket, email [email protected]
